Our Website is intended for use by parents and legal guardians of campers and prospective campers, and by employees and prospective employees of our camp programs.
Our Website may collect or record PII that you voluntarily provide us through the Website or that you provide through other means of direct communication to us (e.g., emails you send, information you volunteer during phone calls with our team, etc.). We will use the information provided to us to correspond with you and to communicate information to our employees, contractors, and partners, as well as, where applicable, coaches and school administrators. We do not sell or rent your PII to anyone. Unless you tell us not to, we may contact you via email or telephone in the future to communicate about upcoming discounts, offers, or services.
We recognize and institute controls to protect the privacy of PII used in the course of commercial activity and ensure it is managed and protected appropriately. We only collect sensitive PPI (e.g., credit card details and account numbers for registrants, health history for campers, social security or other governmental identification information for job applicants, etc.) where it is necessary or appropriate in order to operate our programs well, ensure camper and employee safety, enjoyment, and well-being, and/or remain in compliance with state or local regulation. We may collect non-personal information pertaining to site users (e.g. IP addresses, source domain names, pages accessed, time spent on page measures, etc.); some of this information is used to ensure site functionality and facilitate system administration, and some is used to improve user experience and composite statistical information. We may share aggregated demographic information with our partners and advertisers, however this is not linked to any personal information that can identify any individual person.

From time-to-time we may request information via survey, or provide opportunities for users to voluntarily share PII in order to enter a contest, nominate themselves or others for awards or prizes, or refer prospective employees to the Talent Department. Participation in these opportunities is completely voluntary and you may choose whether or not to participate, and therefore disclose this information; users providing the PII of a third party for purposes of a contest or referral program are expected to obtain the third party’s permission prior to submission. Information requested may include contact information (such as name and address), and demographic information (such as zip code and age of participant). Survey information will be used for purposes of monitoring or improving program operations and satisfaction of those in the camp community; where information is compiled to recognize members of the camp community and/or award prizes, or to obtain employee referrals, this information will be used to notify any winners, nominees, and/or referrals as appropriate.
